Top 8+ Best Books for Overcoming a Financially Scarce Mindset for Women

I started reading books about personal finance many years ago and it was how I started to improve my money mindset. Growing up in a family where tensions and anxiety were high around money and money seemed to be scarce, I always felt anxious about money. I always felt like we lived in a finite world and that there was not abundance all around.
To be completely honest I had a very scarce mindset when it came to money and it made me always feel stressed and anxious, always worrying that there would never be enough and this lead to many health problems including digestive problems, adrenal fatigue, sleep issues and brain fog from the high stress that I was experiencing due to my poor money mindset.
My anxiety around money also led to binge eating which was one of the darkest periods of my life. When I felt financially scarce (even when I wasn’t) my anxiety would get so bad that I would eat to try and reduce the extreme fear that my body was feeling. I dived so much deeper into my money mindset and really focused on the world being abundant and reading stories of people who were exact examples of this, so it would confirm it in my mind. BY diving in really deep into my money mindset and working on it daily, I was able to overcome my extreme anxiety and my binge eating, which was one of the hardest battles I’ve fought.

I want to not just tell you about this, I want you to see what that actually looked like for me, this is how much my health was suffering when I was living from a financially scarce mindset every single day, for so long in my life.

How I developed my money mindset was I began with reading books and little by little, my mindset started to shift from feeling like there was never enough, to there being billions of dollars circulating at all times and that we live in an infinite world. When I changed my mindset around money, my whole world changed, including my mental and physical health that I had struggled with for so long.
